 I cannot write today it's just not there,
The lack of inspiration is a downer,
I'll just sit and sip my beer.

I write completely out of desperation,
It's just one of those days,
The lack of inspiration is my new motivation.

My pen yearns to write
Although the ink is dried up,
Words are messing with my head this is just not right.

I feel deep holes in my eyes,
Conjuring an exceptional thought
But the dried pen presents my demise.

      A Crying Country See the land our forefathers suffered for and freed, Giving birth to thorns and injustice, Peace and unity indeed, There ain't no justice, just us. The youths are not the leaders of tomorrow, I believe everyone is in consensus with that now, All I see in tomorrow is a constant cloud of sorrow, That paints itself black to imitate her brow. When wars and conflicts totally cease, In our world, there shall be peace. People must learn to get along, Not blame others, for being wrong. They fight for control, fight for land, Some just need a helping hand. We must rid ourselves of vanity, And embrace peace, through humanity.
