Deep thoughts

Image
I dug myself into a poetic hole and couldn't get out, so I dug deeper, dived into 10,000 emerald pools, my mind is a place I love to take shelter in,my pen makes me feel soft and safe,. Really wouldn't mind a tutorial on how to think less, I'll like to think you decipher, you should know I talk less and say more. And here the story goes..... At the bottom of the ocean, A tortoise approached me in his usual slow motion, He said; thou seek understanding of your origin, I concurred; it's the only lesson have been taught from a margin. You were born and raised in the heart of a thick black forest, Where happiness was profound but needs where sorest, Your father is 'doubt' and your mother 'knowledge' The only problem was they had a lot of brains but no polish. They had you and called you 'deep thoughts', Your mother remolded words and fixed your story, Your dad, churls, although his eyes were kind, Was always with you while you wrestled

NO NIGHT CITY

Image
NO NIGHT CITY  In the land of fade less day,  I hear the people walk by always,  A no night city where everyone feels everything,  From love to hate to truth to I don’t care.  No one eyes is ever truly closed,  Everyone hopes the money flows,  So everywhere is full of strife,  Sadly never heard of one who got rich working nine to five.  People of the world life is vanity,  Unnecessary stress is loss to humanity,  Don’t get mad its just how I feel,  May God bless our hustle still.                                                                                                                 saefhenryosas

John Fifteen Fifteen

Image
JOHN FIFTEEN FIFTEEN Servants do not know what their master is doing, Yet you have my password and keys, My friends say I have no idea what am losing, They even wonder who exactly the landlord is. I do not speak to you as my followers, But always as my friends, Shared with you the words of my fathers, You did honor and served in obedience. My beloved of all things near and far, Never for a second has your respect for me turned ill, We will dine together under the lights of the evening star, Trusting me completely still.                                   Saefhenryosas

UPPER HAND

Image
UPPER HAND He sells love to women, She sells love to older men, Unlike her husband he listens to her calls it hustling, She takes care of his needs for the sake of surviving, They say they are under the upper hand. Five years after graduation, Been telling loved ones to hold on, It’s another year again, Now he betrays older women for the gain He says he’s under the upper hand. I have been stuck in my day dream, To be among the A team, My face seems to be shrinking, My mind is crumbling, But I am still under the upper hand. We all want to be in the upper class, That’s why the worst things in life comes free to us, We all go crazy for a couple grand, Forgetting we will all return to sand,  At the end of the day, we are all under the upper hand.                                  saefhenryosas

Evaluation of Business Opportunity in Nigeria

Image
Evaluation of Business Opportunities      in Nigeria. 1. PREPARE YOURSELF This approach is most appropriate when deciding on starting a business. When there are more than one possible business idea and one needs to decide which one to follow, you need to adequately prepare yourself. Running a business in Nigeria is tough but highly rewarding; so to survive, you have to be tougher. You must be able to answer the following questions; Am I familiar with the operations of this type of business? Does the business meet my income and investment goals? Does the business generate sufficient profits? Do you feel comfortable with the business? You can also prepare yourself by accepting the reality that you can fail tomorrow and deciding if the risk factor is acceptable as well finding out if there good growth projected for the overall industry of the business? You must be able to get the work done and do it right, so you will have satisfied customers. If you are going into the fas

Just Us Two

Image
JUST US TWO We have made memories in a short while, It is hard to keep them all in mind, I look at you sometimes and sigh often than I smile, You sure will miss a friendship of my kind. We have funny memories that have grown less awkward, Those moments when boring becomes funny yet annoying, There’s just the right amount f awkward and today it’s moving forward, It’s has gotten to the extent you start to wonder what am wondering.                 saefhenryosas

DEATH'S PRIDE

Image
DEATH’S PRIDE Once I accept a client I protect him, There are no expenses it’s a free service, He cannot think feel or dream, He gets so lonely yet not nervous, The dead stay dumb and completely tarnished, My clients end up in a box mission accomplished. I take thousands of clients in seconds, With a guarantee of secrecy and silence, I’ve offered a change of scene to millions, I’ve given hope to some sick ones, Still no one hopes to see my face, Not even James Hadley chase. Knock knock who is there I feared, Oh it’s your loved ones offering flowers most rare, Sorry humans he’s safer dead, Leave it on the grave he knows you care, You don’t have what it takes to make this corpse walk, Even you have got a short time to live true talk.                                     Saefhenryosas.

TOKUNBO

Image
TOKUNBO/OKRIKA They can have your loyalty maybe, Provided it saves you money, You are almost stranded baby, Running out of lies just buy tokunbo already. Oh look! She’s gladly rocking her second hand, Or okrika as we Africans do call it, So creative she’s dressed like the queen of England, Slay mama this slay mama that. They all think she’s wearing a million dollar suit from Scotland, Well it actually requires less a pay, Her blazer is even labeled River Island, We both laugh out loud at the end of the day. saefhenryosas

TRANSITION

Image
At dawn, He's the swaddling infant Golden as the fiery orb Grasping at the shrivelled nipple. By noon Eyes misty with faith He's the daydreamer, Nurturing dreams in his bosom. At dusk, Face grim as the moon, He's the grey-haired, philosophizing That hope is but a morage .             Kingsley Charles

I love my pidgin English

Image
I love my Pidgin English I love my Pidgin English, Am delighted to understand three other languages, My Pidgin English I speak with pleasure, It’s that broken English you wish you understood, Look at you trying to express it like you from the hood, My Pidgin English is part of my culture. I could be talking and suddenly switch from Edo to English, Yoruba to Edo and then pidgin gibberish. Feels good to know I can escape in the implied grammatical errors, Admit it you know my Pidgin English is lovely, And just like a confused political theory, I could even create unfamiliar words. saefhenryosas

The word of God is awesome

Image
The Word of God is awesome! It has all the power we will ever need for every situation in our lives (Heb. 4:12). All we have to do is mix it with faith and, praise God, a miracle (Heb. 4:2)! I know many of you are thinking, It isn’t that easy. I believe the Word and I’m doing everything I know to do, yet things still haven’t worked out. I have experienced that too—personally and with many people I’ve ministered to. So, what’s the problem? Actually, there are many problems, but I think most of them can be summed up by what Jesus said in Mark 7:13: “Making the word of God of none effect through your tradition.” What a startling statement! Wrong teaching—specifically religious doctrines—makes God’s Word of no effect. The most significant revelations I’ve received from the Lord all have to do with renewing my mind from old ways of thinking that I learned in church. As I was freed from the traditions, the simplicity of God’s Word set me free. At a recent Gospel Truth Seminar, the Lo

Life (AGBON)

LIFE "AGBÒŃ" Life!!! The yesterdays, the todays And even the uncertain morrows In accordance to the law of nature Are in a state of a perpetual flux. THREATS

Image
THREATS This is me sending a very clear message, Hurt me again and ill do something worse than kill you, I do not like it but eventually I’ll leave you in wreckage, Just the ways you treat me ill have to treat you. I’ll laugh and dine with you for years, When I do get a chance to betray you I will, You’ll watch me leave you in tears, If the opportunity arises to pay you back I’ll take the deal. Was happy to give you my heart, Now I’ll give you someone else’s Since you refused to respect it, You’ll never be able to trust me just as I don’t trust you. This time I’ll love you with nothing, After all I heard its lasts forever, Will leave you wondering and guessing, You have no idea which hurts faster.              Saefhenryosas

Gossip is what no one claims to like but the only time we truly dislike gossips is  when it's about us.

A turbulent awakening of memory

Image
Home is… A haven of cherubs serenading, Skylarking, Like daffodils in the golden Sunlight. Home is… The bridge of companionship, Of camaraderie, Severed by the rift Of distance. Home is… The windowsill overlooking The horizon, With rose-tinted glasses. A dreamer’s niche. Home is… Deja vu. A rebirth of childhood— Rose-white days of innocence Shrunken by aging. Home is… Remembrance A turbulent awakening of memory— Like the photograph of sepia Clinging to the wall.                       Kingsley Charles

REVALUATION OF NAIRA

Image
REVALUATION of the Naira is the solution to Nigeria’s economic recession where issues of high inflation growth rate, high cost of productivity, low local output, high cost of imports, negative GDP growth rate, balance of payment deficit, low purchasing power, economic inactivity is the norm.  In Nigeria’s foreign exchange (FX) market quotation system we have two quotations against the USD-dollars. The “parallel” market; Bureau De Change (BDC) - instituted bank “agents” quotation rate USD/NGR 1:308 and the fixed CBN Exchange rate of USD/NG, 1: 198. The common man would ask how the exchange rates between the two markets are determined, justified, how it impacts Nigeria’s economy and how is there a 65% disparity between the CBN and the parallel market(BDC)-(Corruption; core cause of the status of our economy).  The BDC (parallel market) is instituted market platform to trade currencies with customers to make profit locally. Profits are made from a commission payment on transaction

AGHAMA (QUEEN IDEN)

Image
When the rains refused to go away And the sun in desperation looked the other way. The moon seemed to be out of reach And for this, the stars embarked on an outreach.         The elders of the tribe Met,and decided to appease the celestial beings With a human sacrifice, as a bribe Whose fate is left to earthworms and ravens. But the procurement of the sacrificial item Became a predicament. For the famine brought along with it different    ailment. But this woman willingly gave herself up as a totem.                                           Aghama!!!! How unfortunate, life turned out to be for you. The Belle, who will never be called mama For on this never returning journey the tribe  chose for you.. By: Godwin Henry Osaigbovo          (Pa Shakespeare. Add caption

THE SELFIE OBSESSION WHAT IS A SELFIE? The oxford dictionary describes it as ‘’another word for self portrait photograph using a hand-held or phone camera’’.
